She says in North Korea
Everyone has lice,
Suddenly my humble life
Is feeling rather nice.

The homeless in some countries
Like the Netherlands and Sweden
Are housed instead of being ignored
Compared to here it’s Eden.

In Pakistan’s Hunza Valley
The people are tough but fair,
They hardly eat for months on end
And live for a hundred years.

The Buddhists say that suffering
Is where I shall find my path
So the next time I am struggling
I’ll carry on and laugh.

Everyone says money
Won’t help in the afterlife,
So I’ll spend it all before I die
With a little help from my wife.
